Prohibited Items Policy

Never allowed

Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorised branded goods. Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and regulated weapon parts. Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and unapproved supplements or medical devices.

Live animals, protected wildlife products including ivory, human remains or body parts, stolen property, and recalled goods.

Also prohibited

Adult content, tobacco, vaping products, and alcohol. Hazardous or flammable materials. Government identification, licences, badges, and official documents.

Used cosmetics, opened personal-care items, and used undergarments. Digital account credentials, software licence keys, event tickets sold above face value, financial instruments, and cryptocurrency.

Items that infringe someone's intellectual property, or content that promotes hate or violence.

Restricted with conditions

Electronics must be reset and unlocked, with activation locks removed. Vintage toys and children's items must meet current safety rules. Car parts must not include airbags or safety-critical recalled components.

Consequences

Prohibited listings are removed without notice. Repeat or serious violations, especially counterfeits and weapons, result in a permanent ban and, where required, a report to authorities.
