How to file a copyright takedown notice or a counter-notice.
Filing a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@gettinplace817.com with: identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the listing or content; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised agent; and your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
On receiving a complete notice we remove or disable access to the content promptly and notify the member who posted it, including a copy of the notice.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with the removed content and its former location, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
We may restore the content 10 to 14 business days after forwarding your counter-notice unless the complainant files a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid copyright notices are terminated. Misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability for damages under the DMCA.
