Bids and purchases are binding

Placing a bid, using Buy Now, or having an offer accepted creates a binding commitment to pay. Bids cannot be retracted except in the limited circumstances described in the Auction Terms & Conditions.

Non-payment may result in cancellation of the order, loss of bidding privileges, and account suspension.

Read the listing

You are responsible for reviewing photos, condition, condition grade, authenticity details, fulfilment method, and shipping cost before you commit. Ask the seller questions through messages if anything is unclear.

Most items are pre-owned. Normal signs of use consistent with the stated condition are not grounds for a refund.

Payment and shipping

Pay through the platform only. Paying off-platform removes every buyer protection we offer. Provide a complete, accurate shipping address, or select local pickup where the seller offers it.

Track your order from your dashboard, and open a dispute promptly if something goes wrong.

Conduct

Do not bid to manipulate prices, harass sellers, misuse chargebacks, or leave reviews in exchange for compensation. Reviews must reflect a genuine transaction.
