Be accurate

List items in the correct category and subcategory, choose the condition that matches reality, photograph the actual item including flaws, and never reuse stock photos for a used item.

Do not use misleading keyword stuffing, brand names the item does not carry, or titles designed to appear in unrelated searches.

Be fair

No shill bidding, bid manipulation, price gouging on essentials, fee avoidance, duplicate listings of the same item, or arranging sales off-platform.

Honour your listings: sell at the price shown, ship what you photographed, and complete your auctions.

Be decent

Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, and spam in messages, reviews, or listings are not allowed. Keep communication about the transaction.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn you, remove a listing, cancel a transaction, hide a review, limit your selling or bidding, freeze payouts, suspend the account, or permanently ban it.

Report problems using the report button on any listing, or contact support.
